Hilda's Place is the only shelter north of Chicago to the state line and east of the Tri-State Tollway that focuses on transition to independence. Hilda's provides comprehensive, integrated support services as well as year-round, emergency and short-term housing. The shelter accommodates 34 adults and is open 365 nights a year.
