Meet MBA Mentors

campusCATALYST's mentors are current MBA candidates with previous consulting experience. Coupled with their professional experience, these individuals demonstrate a sincere commitment to their communities and a strong belief in the necessity of corporate social responsibility. Through the campusCATALYST program, mentors gain significant experience as project and team managers, honing their leadership and organizational management skills.

Role of the Mentor

Mentors support and guide students as they adjust to the thought and decision structures utilized by consultants, as well as the way that these modes of thought and action are designed to produce measurable outputs for the partner nonprofit. Mentors also help students improve their presentation skills as students and mentors work together to prepare for Powerpoint presentations to partner nonprofits. Further, mentors help students in applying their analytic skills to tangible problems, and help students navigate barriers by guiding their thought and providing workaround options.
